Co-workers highly recommended we visit the Whitewater Center just outside of Charlotte. The night before we stayed at a Walmart parking lot near the Whitewater Center so we could get an early jump on the day.

The kid had a great day doing several zip lines, rope courses, rafting and climbing. Mom and Dad switched off with the Dog and activities with the kid. We all had a ton of fun at the Whitewater Center.

Dad was a able to get in a morning and evening ride along the trail system surrounding the Whitewater Park. He was able to do South Main and Goat Hill in the morning and close out the day with a simple ride on East Main and Parkway Loop.
